Fairview Road, Dartmouth
This is our own project. Finally our 1967 bungalow is being brought into the 21st century, extending and re-orientating the rooms. The photo depicts phase 1 of the development and further images will be forthcoming during the construction phasing. The aim is to improve the existing limited accommodation taking advantage of the southerly aspect and fine river views. We are using a contemporary design approach utilizing cedar cladding and precision powder coated aluminium window and door units.

On this favourable retail park this commercial retail development was built for Woolworths initially, one of their larger open plan retail stores, it has subsequently been taken over by M & S, utilizing the same concept.
